Support Schedule:

Cost of support will vary depending on client requirements and customisations but consists of an annualised support fee covering a standard schedule of server services of either a premium support with monitoring or a cheaper, ticketted support package for a limited number of issues.

Additional costs are billed hourly for work commissioned outside of services covered by the support contract on the SME Server.

No "ad hoc" support (ie hourly billed work) will be provided without a support contract in place
